a herniated thought
I've already written about this subject before - I apologize if this story has been overtold, overwrit, or overstated. In truth, today is a day of gratitude. It's amazing to me that no matter how many things go wrong, so many things go right. It's in recognizing those many, many right things that makes me smile each day. And rather than flinging my prayers willynilly in a skyward direction, I am grateful that I now know (more than ever before) to whom my prayers are sent. And more than anything, I will always be grateful that on that day and during that week, and even up through today and throughout this week, that I know, without a doubt, that He listens to every single heartfelt word.
